FUTURE VOLUMESSeveral additional volumes of the Guides to the Emigrant Trail are being written. These additional volumes will cover the Lassen Trail from Goose Lake to the Sacramento Valley, the Truckee Trail, and the Carson Trail. Additional volumes will be written to cover other routes across the Sierra Nevada Mountains and, possibly, the Hastings Cutoff.
